* We are strictly a non-smoking establishment.
* The hotel does not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage or loss to possessions or vehicles or injury to any person or persons during there stay.
* Check-in is from 1 pm although luggage can be left at the hotel from 11 am.
* Check-out is 10 am unless by prior arrangement.
* The hotel is not suitable for pets. (except assistance dogs.)

* Dinning room:-
Breakfast is served from 8:30 am till 9 am.
Evening meal 6 pm booking essential.
* You should advise us on any food allergies at the time of booking and confirm in writing via e-mail.
Bookings and Payment:-
*A deposit to cover the first night stay is required when booking. (Not including dinner if applicable.)
* All extras must be paid on the day prior to departure.

Cancellations:-
* A full refund will be given if cancelled within 3 days of arrival excluding any credit card charges that may have been applied at the time of booking.
*If the cancellation is later than 3 days your deposit can be carried forward to another date suitable to yourselves and subject to availability at the hotel.
*For longer stays or group bookings we advise taking out travel insurance.
